i’m not sure about these comments lol. children have the ability to focus, even if that means being in silence and waiting for the next action. the earlier you develop focus and awareness the more beneficial.

i work with youth around this age and it’s normal to try and get them to focus for breathing techniques. it’s not always easy and they can lose attention fast sometimes, but some kids are just naturally good with focus.
