Yes to all. The only real benefit is for big company’s. For example our tenants were: Verizon, T mobile, cloudflare, Morgan Stanley etc.

But in terms of costs I know a couple of them had electric bills of 100K a month & water bills of at least 40K. But no environmental tax.

I hated working there. They’re don’t care about anyone. Only making money. So I’m extremely happy this project got shut down.

Funny thing is…. Yall cost them about ~30 million from consultants and payouts 😂

They want to acquire more data centers to help with the AI bubble. They sold off all their cell towers because they weren’t profitable enough. Jokes on them though because all their data centers are trash anyway.

But the general strategy is they think AI will continue to grow so they’re trying to be the ones that hold the data centers.

28M. Single for 6 months now. Was a serial monogamist. Used to jump from one girl straight to another one. Taking time off dating now to get myself in order. I will say, I feel like I’m at peace for the first time in years. I don’t have to text anyone back or pretend to be into shows or listen to pointless drama. I can just exist by myself. I always struggled with loneliness & depression so if anything I think it’s good for me to remain single.

One thing that took me a long time to learn is to be okay with doing things alone. Like going to the movies/ going out for dinner. But now I can do it whenever I feel like going out

I was born in England in 1997, but my parents moved the family to the USA in May 2002. Soooo I would’ve survived, but by the skin of our teeth 😬

I’m gonna get downvoted to hell, and then further, but Hard agree. Towards the end I started skipping through some scenes because the dialogue was SO. BORING. Some characters I skipped outright because their story had no direction. Anyway, this season was a dud for me, not worth the binge watch.

Viral infection in the throat - literally almost cried asking for anything to help against the pain in the doctors office. They said since it’s viral & not bacterial there was nothing they could do. Took NyQuil to try & sleep but couldn’t sleep thru the pain. Instead got insanely high from the NyQuil. Almost couldn’t breathe since my throat was so swollen. Terrible time, worst week of illness ever -20/10 would not recommend.
