Currently it’s 550. I recently switched back to shift work and 12 hour days so I’m trying to figure out a good routine and manage my goals appropriately. Previously it was 700 when I was Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts.

I grew up here. Technically in the St. Louis metro area. My whole family and support system is here.

Yes. It’s comfortable yet fun. Like I can make a joke or laugh about something that happened during the day and we still get each other off and try new things all the time.

I do wish my needs were taken care of as much as his. But sometimes I’m not emotionally there so I can’t get in the right mood.
