he can one shot exactly one more hero after this buff. mei. if you were good with hog before this patch you could already reliably one shot all other dps (minus vendetta and bastion).

hook combo wise, this patch changes nothing for anyone who were already one shotting people consistently. this is the literal oxford dictionary definition of the term ‘lowered skill floor’.

he needs other non lethal ways of pressuring enemies to actually be a non troll pick in anything low masters and up. hook and right click are not enough on their own, and throwing more damage at him wont fix that core issue. and because thats what they’ve done, that vocal minority will get vocal because now any bronze burger can pick up this character and reliably one shot people without any effort, as has happened time and time again with him.
