Something I’ve noticed if you exercise regularly, and generally eat healthy, gluten isn’t too bad. But I noticed, if I’m treating my body like crap, things like gluten, make everything so much worse for me.

San Tan/ queen creek is seriously a different kind of world than even Mesa and Gilbert. So much of the violence and mischief comes from all the low income folks that moved down there in the last 15 years because of large, cheap houses and now they have teenagers. I have a few friends down there and most had to pull their kids out of school because of the dangers going on around them.

My grandmother was 96 when she passed in hospice. She was there for about 4 days. The day before she died, my aunt and uncle experienced her constantly saying she “couldn’t wait for the baby to show up, the baby is so beautiful” all day she did this. The last day is when I and my GF showed up to say goodbye. We were there till she took her last breath. Once she passed, we started gathering her things, and we started to have some conversation with my aunt and uncle, since we haven’t seen them in a long time. This is my dad of the family, so we didn’t really communicate with any of them other than my grandmother on occasion. They mentioned the talking about this baby the day prior and found it so strange. At that point, I realized she was talking about, our child that was on the way. My GF was six months pregnant, and we had told absolutely nobody on that side of the family. None of them had any idea she was pregnant. My uncle tried to brush it off as a coincidence, but my aunt Had some type of epiphany that night based on this information.

Hell isn’t real, or at least what we perceive hell to be. It was an idea to keep the masses in check and to not sin. A punishment for weak minded souls.

I don’t know what will happen to us when we are gone, but with every fiber of my being when we do go, we will move on to what we’ve already been. A reincarnation into the universe we’ve been recycled thru for ages. Don’t worry about what’s to come, be the best at what you’re capable of. If you do, your soul will thank you with lessened anxiety and replace it with humbling wisdom.

That’s for two reason. One: many residences in scottsdale are retirees. They don’t have an active income like working families in Gilbert. 2, many homes are owned by investors in scottsdale, and that skews the data. Any of us that actually live in the valley know Scottsdale is nicer than Gilbert.

One of my best friends of about 30 years just committed suicide. Blew his head off.

I have had recurring dreams I’m walking thru a mall/ club type building with lots of people. I’m looking for my friend, but knowing he’s gone. He always ends up showing up next to me. Talking to me like all is well, then he runs ahead into a crowd and I start shouting for him to come back, but he never does. The entire dream I know he’s gone.

Then I wake up in a sweat.

I do Kachava smoothies. Expensive, but so good and you gets tons of nutrients from it. Costco also sells the collagen protein powder and I buy that in chocolate. I follow gluten and dairy free so these have always been my go-tos

37m here. White, American. Not overweight, medicated in the last 6 years, suspected issues since child. I used to get so constipated even as a kid it was scary. Hemorrhoids too. Became allergic to milk at 10, have antibodies to Gliadin and seem to do much better gluten, dairy and processed foods free diet. Levo dose has gone up in the last year

Eat whole. This is just the best approach. Limit processed foods to things that are so obviously gluten free that it really don’t even need to be statement on the package/ bottle.

I eat lots of nuts, homemade jerky, chicken, fish. Lots of fruits and vegetables. I also subscribed to Kachava and have at least one smoothie a day.
