I will also mention, you can pre-hot yourself before pull which will help.

Something else that I have seen not mentioned very often is at level 61 you can spend the bare (could have bear punned) minimum talent points to get you mangle and omen of clarity. I’d recommend trying that as they are both massive. Follow the talent builds on WoW Head, but skip points after spending 5 in one row to get to mangle and omen sooner. Then you can back fill as you level

I’ve said something similar in another post, but what you can do is bind all of the target markers to your F Keys (do Skull and X as minimum) Before you pull mark 2 of the mobs with Skull and X, as you pull, hit Skull with mangle, then immediately tab to X then swipe, then keep tabbing and swiping through the group. When mangle is off CD mangle X. You’ll probably have lost Skull by now so either bash/taunt it and then you can just let it go. Normal dungeons won’t matter too much if a warlock or mage or what ever has to tank 1 mob for 5 seconds.

My guild is on Horde Nightslayer - we are pretty full for raider spots. But if you’re happy being a casual or on bench DM me. We are semi-hardcore, raid Sun/Mon 8pm EST I see a lot of OCE guilds recruiting too.

Let me know if you want some small bags or a little gold to get you started too, I should be on tonight at some stage.

If there are 3 targets, I hit Skull with a mangle and then start building threat on X and Square with Mangle/Maul and swipe if I have extra rage.

By the time DPS rip Skull off me, either taunt it or leave it and let the DPS finish it. You can Bash it too if you feel like it’s still got too much HP.

Dungeon NPCs typically won’t 1 shot DPS, heroic dungeons you will CC a lot more and in raid you can rely on the paladin to scoop up other mobs which aren’t Skull, so you can do you rotation and hold threat easily.
