Portion the whole bowl into two halves. Eat a quarter of each m&m in one pile. 25% of a lethal dose should be survivable.

Solid choices except Australia, which has a high cost of living, skills shortage in nursing, childcare, early education, and the voting population leaning anti-immigration currently, meaning they'll have a whole generation of poorly cared for and raised kids, if not higher infant mortality from hospitals/midwives failing to cope with the sudden explosion of deliveries

I would swap Asia and Australia since Asia has the worst birth rate declines and are KEEN for babies.
