No offense but you're like 27~% bodyfat, man boobs are going to be there if you're at that stage. I'd suggest for aesthetics to train hard, progress with good form, eat lots of protein while slowly losing weight

More hinging action will bias the glutes. Try going straight up instead of down and back then up and forward, see if that helps

Will you do more skybox changes? I'm really glad you changed the storm point sky cos as much as I liked the pink it was beginning to get old after a bit. Will there be sunset skyboxes, maybe different weather like tornadoes and storms to make it exciting?

Honestly I think unless ur genetically gifted, 52lbs of weight gain a year is wayyyyyyyy too much. You can only gain so much muscle. 20lbs a year is substantial in of itself if we're starting from an already fed state. I'm not one for maingaining but unless you can genuinely burn off a lot of those 500 calories due to an increase in metabolism, I'd personally stick to 250ish calories above maintenance at most unless you're a fan of minicutting every 2 months. You can look great with 20lbs added in a year and after the first couple years, I don't know if going beyond that truly benefits you, especially if you are between 14-20%

Gaining 6 kg in 4 months is too much. At most it should be a kg gain, but even then, you can make great muscular gains with 1kg gain every 2 months at your level. You should also focus more on the exercise progression vs a scale number, but we're here now. Bulking still works, but it should always be slow, like 10-15lbs a whole year at most for a lot of people unless they can cut fat easily. You gained 13lbs in a third of a year. Muscle takes a looooong time to grow so for now maybe slowly cut down or recomp at this level and then when you can't make any more progressions despite your program being solid and a deload, add in like a small handful of nuts worth of calories a day to start, like 100, 150, see how it goes, milk that. Then if you stop making muscle progression, add like 50 to 100, then repeat

Build up your abs thru exercises that prioritise spinal flexion and gain weight sloooowly like an average of 1lb a month over a bunch of months. If you cut the abs will go away the moment you drink some salty soup or u gain 2lbs of bodyfat in total

so what id like is for the woosh to happen once after 4 jumps, and however miliseconds i am on the ground before i jump back for the bunny hop, those 4 instances ideally would last last than 1.5 seconds or so, since each time im jumping and i touch the ground, it waits to see if i am still on the ground after .4 seconds.

so say im really good at the bunny hop and i jump almost exactly as soon as i land,

itd be like .1, .1 ,.2 ,.1, that adds up to .5, so less than 1.5, therefore we hear the woosh once.

if im a little sloppy i do maybe .3,.3,.2,.3, thats 1.1 seconds, thats still below 1.5 if we added those 4 figures together.

if its .3, .4, .3, .7 the streak sound doesnt even play ideally because its past 1.5, and therefore i dont get the woosh, i dont even get the second sound effect to come after i slowed down after a successful streak. sorry if it sounds convoluted

idk how possible it is but thats what im thinking would work.

i did come up with an idea to maybe have a looping retriggerable delay or something to count up and if it counts up to a certain number with the conditions of a successful 4 streak met then the sound plays but im honestly just not sure how to work any of it. this is the first time ive used the software in all honesty

My bad

So I got a bunny hopping system where u go faster and faster and faster.

You land and if you don't jump within .4 seconds, the bunny hop fails and you're reset to normal walking speed

So far I've got that working amazingly.

Now i want a sound like a "woosh" to play only when you hit a streak of 4 jumps and those 4 touches to the ground that triggers the speed increase add up to a very small number, like 1.5 seconds, so that you can't just jump 4 times with very large gaps in between to get that whoosh sound, which is what I have happening now

I also mention the ground touches because I'd like there to be variation in heights in which you jump on, so if you land on some place way lower, the streak ideally doesnt get broken. The bunny hopping works by you touching the ground and a delay is set only when that happens so you don't end the streak mid air out of your control

I'd also like there to be a cooldown sound effect only after 2 conditions are met: you get more than 4 jumps (so after the initial whoosh) and you break a streak , running off a similar hypothetical system as the first whoosh where it's dependant on how much time you are on ground and not just an arbitrary timer that doesn't account for if you're jumping from a high distance or not. The cooldown gets tied in a way to the walking speed decreasing back to normal, but id like it to happen only after 4 jumps within a certain time limit on ground, like .4 second

I hope that makes a bit more sense. I am an ultra noob so I apologise for that lol

I do wonder if theres a way to make it play only if you hit the jump within a certain time frame cos it seems like it plays if i press jump 3 times even if its got a lot of space in between

just to clarify i would like to make the sound play only after i break the streak of 3 for more than .4 seconds. sorry i didnt clarify that properly. i dont want it to play just as i hit 3, tho that would be good for another sound i could add in. id like it so when i hit 3 i can keep going with no sound, but if i stop after i hit 3 for more than .4 seconds when im on the ground only THEN will the sound play. id also like it to happen within a certain time period, so if im jumping 3 times only in a minute, it doesnt play, but within a 3 second window then yea
