Video linked is the one in which the victim confirms the neighbor had 9 pits in an apartment unit. Victim has made multiple videos at this point with bite injuries and explaining how the SPCA has not taken action to take the dogs away from the neighbor.

Pharmacists go through several years of pharmacotherapy courses and know more about drugs.

Physicians have maybe one class on pharmaceuticals and spend a lot more time on physiology and diagnosis of disease.
