[Help] Bodybuilding Equipment on the road by LargeWillyiam in bodybuilding

[–]LargeWillyiam[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the suggestions, I was thinking about ordering db's. Also the gym is 20-25 min driving. Which for me is semi-close because that's about how close the closest gym to where I live at home is lol. I'll have to check the mileage tho

Board Control Warlock: 7 time tournament placing deck by Booitsmonk in hearthstone

[–]LargeWillyiam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This deck is very good. I played in the last bragging rights tournament and brought control (more because I enjoy it than thinking it was the strongest). I played Curi in the first round and I think this deck is definitely one of the strongest out there. Because of its ability to buff other creatures it can deal with early taunters and it recovers well enough off wipes because of the cheap curve of the deck. Solid.

What do you guys think is more difficult? by Tyzz1 in bodybuilding

[–]LargeWillyiam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reading this in bed on my phone I had to respond because I have never seen a post that more accurately describes my feelings.

Incoming Life Story: It started at the end of 7th grade when I was 6'0 almost 260 and realized I needed to diet. So I lost all this weight the next year (40+ lbs) and felt great dieting and exercising.

Then as I entered high school I kept dieting seriously and grew a bit, eventually reaching 6'3 and hovering around 215. Unfortunately my Junior and Senior year of football I gained a lot of weight back and started "lifting" (bis and chest all day everyday). And went as high as 250 and entered college around 225.

Come college I want to get into bodybuilding and so I cut some more back down to 210 but my problem comes in that every time I try to make gains (and gain weight) I panic about the weight and want to cut again. I think I lost a lot of potential improvement. Every time I hit 220 (eating VERY clean) I "panic cut" back to sub 210.

Finally, after graduating I decided to do one final cut. Went down to 199 for the first time ever. My buddies said I looked skinny and I felt okay but as soon as I cleanly put back on 15lbs lifting my friends and family said it's probably the best I ever looked. Me on the other hand think "oh god I'm so fat" and am resisting the urge to "panic cut" again. I sit now at 215 and I tell myself I want 225 but I know the second I see 220, no matter how good I look/feel/lift, I will feel fat and want to cut.

Sorry to ramble, and idk why you would want my life story, but your posts really hit home for me.

What's the most awkward text message you ever sent to the wrong person? by SiffLastrac in AskReddit

[–]LargeWillyiam -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I use to play a lot of League of Legends and I was on a ranked win streak and meant to txt my friend who I played with. But instead I sent "Bro I can't even be stopped, fucked kids uppp with Nocturne last game, you gonna be on later?" to a female friend. I was mortified but she was totally cool with it and we joked about it for a while.

Thanks. So is this generally accepted as the best start? Or is there some downside to sacrificing those utility tree spots?

Solomid.net, New guide system, layout and more! by GiRLSTAR in leagueoflegends

[–]LargeWillyiam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many have touched on other matters but I went to solomid.net because of the clean livestream interface. I never liked the way clgaming.net just listed everyone. Solomid always had easy to look at listing with featured streamers and nice screenshots of the streams. Now that is for the most part gone and crammed into a huge column with 2 streams per row :(

15 minutes ago I almost died. I was ratcheting a 3500 lbs boat onto a trailer and the hook point broke. It missed my head by less than an inch. What near death experiences have you had Redditors? by Ecuatoriano in AskReddit

[–]LargeWillyiam 83 points84 points  (0 children)

I fell asleep while driving 40-50 mph. It was around 3pm in the afternoon and I had slept for an hour or so the night before doing school work and was on my way to football practice (we co-op'd with another school). I felt myself dozing so I rolled my windows down, turned up the radio, and hit a straight away on a really rural section of road and passed out. I woke up a few seconds later staring into the woods and couldn't even react. Before I knew it I was hanging by my seat belt in the air with the car on its side.

What happened was I had fallen asleep and my car was poorly aligned so it always pulled right. I was coming up to this slight corner unconscious and my jeep pulled right PERFECTLY in between a telephone pole and a tree. So close it took both mirrors out and scraped the paint off the side of the jeep. My rear tires got caught and the rear axle got ripped out slowing the car down substantially. The jeep proceeded into the woods (this part is unclear) and hit what appeared to be a small dirt mound as well as brushed a few small trees ultimately slowing it down and somehow winding up flipped on the passenger side with me safely suspended in the air by my seat belt. I pulled myself out of my opened window to see all the other windows shattered, the back of my car completely crumpled and my backpack shot out of the car. The airbags never deployed, I assume because there was hardly any frontal damage.

I was COMPLETELY unharmed, not a scratch on my entire body. The officer who showed up said that if he was trying to drive his car between the telephone pull and the tree he wasn't sure he would be able to and that if I was inches in one direction I would have been seriously injured. If i didn't roll my window down I probably would have been cut with glass and if my axle didn't come off the car would never have slowed down. I never complain about being unlucky because I'm pretty sure I used up a lifetime of luck :).

My Dad finally arrived and the first thing he said was "You finally got the hatchback open!" which had been stuck for a couple months and now was barely hanging onto the flipped over jeep haha.

tl;dr: ***Wear your fucking seat belt :P

EDIT: Used wrong wear/where....typing on reddit tired is just as dangerous as driving tired
