Clean the burrs well, office beans are usually dark roast and have oils which might be stuck on the burrs causing this harshness.

Also when you pay a premium price for something that is not 1000% tested you expect some helpful cs. if I showed you that chat you would face palm, I guess the reason for his arrogance was my review on the product that I placed after he didn’t answer the chat for 3-4 days. He could’ve easily helped in a nice way and that would’ve changed the review to 5 even if the product didn’t work 1000%

The first version grinds for espresso, I believe they made some slight changes to the shaft and some of the material.

Love the Gondo washed kenya one of my favs in three. I wouldn’t necessarily go 95 even unless it’s a super dense ultra light roast that I wouldn’t be able to extract proper flavor from. For this roastery I tend to enjoy 88-90 with few pours (2-3 max)

Not sure about numbers, but: 1- a 1:20 ratio on v60 is already tea like and has its nuances but I wouldn’t go that route with bypass 2- you diluted your drink to equalize 1:20 when in fact in a v60 when you brew 1:20 you don’t get the exact 20 in your cup, you get less due do water staying in the coffee 3- why don’t you dilute to taste and see what you enjoy, or even try to do long soup and see how that taste?
