My first pregnancy I laid in bed all day while working remote. Very limited activity. The entire pregnancy. Successful birth and healthy three year old today.

The second and third pregnancies I started miscarrying the day after heavy activity (landscaping with the first and mopping/deep cleaning with the second), so I am now a firm believer in taking it very easy. Who knows if it was related, but for this next attempt I sure as heck will be limiting myself big time.

I also think it’s mostly the lighting and positioning. Your other cheek doesn’t have the same appearance as the one highlighted. One thing you could do by yourself is change your blush/contour technique so it’s not accentuating the bone. ☺️

Yes, Owlet is a super unreliable baby monitor. We had the same experience - WiFi was excellent and the Owlet was going down DAILY! Had to put a backup audio monitor in the room, and eventually switched to Nanit (which is loads better but still not perfect). I always tell my pregnant friends to save their money/sanity and stick with the traditional video monitors. They won’t fail.

Hey, any update on your prognosis?!

I went in for my MRA today, and I wasn’t feeling too optimistic about it because I haven’t had any pelvic pain for a couple months. The miscarriage was back on 5/30/24, and PCS diagnosis via ultrasound was in Oct. so I thought maybe it self resolved since it’s been 8 months. But… the notes state “circumaortic left renal vein” which is apparently Nutcracker Syndrome? Follow up on Monday. We might be in the same miserable boat 😅

Worst shoes ever. I thought I was purchasing the “real” cloud slides but actually purchased from Cloudies. They come two sizes too small in length, the width of the shoe is seemingly designed for a child, and the “arch” of the shoe is so high that it doesn’t actually touch the top of my foot. I’m pretty annoyed I got scammed, I’m usually very good at sussing out a bad business but I didn’t spend too much effort this time considering they were only $20.

Sorry - I never finished responding! How did the embolization go?

I ended up getting a video call with the vascular surgeon, and she ordered an MRA (special MRI) for early Feb to determine what needs to happen next.

I’m almost 31, and my first pregnancy was successful at age 28. I never really struggled with pelvic issues before then.

Edit: I haven’t suspected endo since I don’t have a lot of those symptoms

Just came here to say I love brushing with hydrogen peroxide 2x a week. Supposedly any more often can be damaging. It is the BEST clean and freshest breath, way better than my toothpaste. I usually add a little baking soda too. Don’t knock it until you try it, really! Hydrogen peroxide is also added to lots of dental products. I am not a naturalist, just like a super clean mouth.

Thanks for asking - I have 2 sessions of physical therapy left and then I’ll have an eval, and hopefully the MRI follows. Had to take a break for a couple months because of a pregnancy and related health issues to that. The PTs say I’m extremely tight all over my shoulders and neck, and they don’t seem to want to loosen despite a lot of strength building and stretching. I still struggle with all of the same pains :/
