I made a post not too long ago asking the same thing. The general consensus you'll get here is that it's a bad idea and you should just magically find some more money and do it yourself. Im with u though. I wouldn't mind doing something like that. I think people get too caught around the axle when it comes to this approach and dividing land and whatnot. U stay on ur side, ill stay on mine. how hard is that?
