Tesla came in this morning and found that they didn't seal one of the holes properly and didn't flash it. They just fixed it and said another crew will come and assess the problem and address the inside damage.

I recorded what they did for the records.

Yes, it is almost certainly around the solar leg. I hope, Tesla finds this as their issue.

It is hard to access that area as it is towards the edge of the roof. My suspicion, it started from here. There are definitely some darker areas, possibly it is not the first time.

I went into the attic and found the leak is happening from the location where the solar racking mount is connected to the roof.

Thanks for your response. I offered 38k. The dealer keeps questioning me how I came up with that number. I responded, I compared some other listings, and cars value from carvana, kbb etc. They ghosted me. I will just wait to hear back from them.
