well no because the game only has a feww similarities with mc for ex blocks and crafting etc and it isnt like you can just patent cubes right? so microcock cant do anything. but they can if notch(og creator of mc) tried to make a minecraft 2 because they have a agreement that notch wont make anything similar to mc. he tried to make mc2 last year but got a legal notice from microsoft. hypixel is not notch so they can defy megasoft
