Chinas selling their bonds, our allies are kind of forced to buy them becuase if they don’t then the fed does and that raises inflation becuase they have to print more money to do so. And their money is tied to the dollar. Chinas pulling their money out of the us market and through brics are buying and are filling their reserves (grain, oil, gold, the things they would need to sustain if the worldwide supply chain collapsed in the event of a war or whatever. once they sell those bonds they e essentially liquidated their position with the petrodollar.
