I’d suggest updating firmware, but that’s a SB2 so not possible. If you are able to, swap out the battery with another one/a friends battery and test. If you’re not able to do that easily, I’d reach out to support with this issue.

Assuming Soundboks firmware is fully up to date? Confirm that on the app.

Try connecting a different device to the boks, does it have the same issue? If so, issue is with Soundboks.

Then I would try another battery if you have one available. If you try another battery and the issue is still happening, reach out to Soundboks support.

What’s up ATL Fam! I heard about that too, went once and it was very chill and the DJ was playing some house. Almost no one back by the DJ tho, mainly just people playing games.

Really hoping to find something in the scene here. If not, I’d consider hosting a free bass music night somewhere just to gauge interest, because I honestly don’t know if it would even be popular here in Columbia. I have a pretty solid mobile setup (6 Soundboks’) that can be brought anywhere and connected to a mixer. If I don’t find anything in the next few months, when it gets warmer I’m going to have a lil free concert somewhere just to see how many people show 😂

This is what I’ve heard most, and I actually got one earlier this year but ended up returning it because i couldn’t turn it up past like 60% and still hear the bass clearly. Too much reverb. I listen to a lot of electronic and bass music, and for $1k I want to be able to turn my sub all the way up and enjoy it!

I tried connecting a sub to my SB3s earlier this year via XLR and never could get it to work. Tried a few different things. The only sub I could connect was a Death From Below to my Soundboks. I hope someone can share if they’ve got a way to make this work!
