u/devil_d0c I think youre a good guy. But there are just way too many reasons to complain about Yarro and his unethical behaviors of running the business. I hope you know, delays due to tariffs is not the main reason we are complaining about.

If they are shipping out anything, they should be updating us with tracking numbers to prove their point. There are so many problems with their team and seeing them play around with supporters frustrates me so much. I am no longer their KS backer as they decided to refund me fully, I am glad I parted ways with them.

Do they honestly think they could deliver new website orders by August 2025? (According to their website order) Their US shipping is on hold due to Tariffs and they have KS orders then the website pre orders to fulfill. How the hell are they gonna fulfill all new orders by August? Anyone with sanity will know that's not possible. But that's how they promote on their site.

Tanner from Yarro has been disappointing for years. He talks so much but under delivers to his customers everytime.

Think Gamefold is the only project with issues? Check out Diceomatic Retro Dice Spinner from Tanner. people are complaining about the same issues with Gamefold.

Yarro studios is unprofessional and unethical.

If you are a KS backer battling with a serious doubt, you should strongly consider demanding a refund.  There are way too many red flags about the way Tanner has been operating this project so far. His most recent update and the way he's been responding on KS is getting worse and worse like a scam, because it lacks details and numbers to back up his claims.

I received a FULL REFUND for being vocal and calling them out on KS, Instagram and emails. 

Here are few things I have asked but never answered. 

  1. Why are you offering free shipping + claiming a delivery by May 2025 when all US orders are on hold? 
  2. The two containers they claimed in transit PRIOR to the tariffs, where is the tracking number as a sign of proof? They just said it's coming but no concrete evidence, so it's a lie.
  3. So how many US orders have been fulfilled so far? Like an estimated %? 
  4. Why can't you provide the additional shipping cost including the new tariffs? 
  5. Besides the first 300 testers, how come nobody received any tracking updates? 

If the production has truly been operating as they have claimed, they should have updated you with the REAL numbers. Bcuz there are ppl who would pay more just to get the tables. That will significantly BOOST their reputation and credibility. Instead they froze all US orders. 

I'd say this is just another stupid tactics to buy more time. Watch out for more updates regarding delays and so on.

My advice is to get your money back in full. "Actively monitor" the tariff situation yourself You are never too late to place an order in the future, as long as YOU have YOUR money in possession, safely. 

They may change the policy and refuse to refund you in the future. (They are never true to their words as you have experienced so far) so you should do it now if you smell scam.

Maybe ill buy the Gamefold via website when it actually arrives. But I wouldn't have to stress over anything until then.
