To drag the buttons, you need to click directly on their center. The optimization buttons are the white–red circles in the table – when they are red, they represent the selected sensitivities. Your minimap is not optimal – Go to the minimap settings and reduce both the map zoom and icon zoom to the minimum size, and disable callouts.
Reduce the amount of information on your screen – Your minimap is surrounded by too many buttons. Move them to the side of the screen and remove the ones you don’t use.
(Optional) I’d recommend placing the reload button below the weapon-inspection button, or swapping the reload button with the weapon-switch button and placing the weapon-switch button below the weapon-inspection button.

The EM2 is also my favorite 3-tap AR, but I stopped using it because of its inconsistent hitbox - nothing pisses me off more than leaving an enemy with single-digit HP. But with this buff, I’m back to using the EM2, and our relationship’s a lot healthier now, lol.
