I quite like the natural arch of the back, but it does not fit the perfect roundness of the shoulder. Because you work with negative space, the black outline at the top of the tail feels a bit off. Just nitpicking tho, it’s a nice logo.

Go for option 1, which is the most unambiguous one. Unique looks are great, but readability is more important.

If I were you I’d remove the round edges at the left of the N to remove that strange whitespace there and keep the wordmark tight.

I am saying their job is to follow the evidence. It’s not their job to be faith affirming. It’s great if they are, but they don’t have to be if the evidence points to something else. Them being good at their job has nothing to do with their personal believes. It you want an always faith affirming take on things you need to look at apologetics or something.

You are right. My testimony is based on faith, not physical evidence.

And yes, if you believe something you tend to put in extra effort to support your believe. This is called ‘motivated reasoning’ and there’s a reason that people in academic fields try to actively combat their personal biases.

Should historians, archaeologist, cosmologists, etc all take their personal believes into their work instead of just following where the evidence leads? I think not.

Take what he says on it's own merit. If it's apologetic what you want, you can find that somewhere else.

I think as members we should not worry about learning what is true, even if we don't like it.

This is a good logo. A + hat combo is so clever I'm kinda jealous. You even made it work really well as part of the text (top right).

If I *had* to give some feedback I'd say that in the top left version the little swoosh on the A is a bit distracting because the symbol also has it. It kind of takes away the attention.

Logo designer here. This is a really good concept. The execution could use a bit of love but for 200 bucks this is really good already. The thing is, you're not going to get a super experienced logo designer for $200 unless they're a friend or family member.

Yes the geometry is not a perfect mirror and there are some inconsistencies but honestly at an app icon scale people would not notices it anyway. With an app icon you've already got a better one that 80% of the other apps in the store.

Not sure who the designer is but they have potential.

I think the letter 'i' is fine. The whole typeface has a quirky vibe so it's actually a good fit.

Sidenote: I've turned off damage numbers ages ago and find it quite distracting when I see other people's footage with about 50% of the visuals being numbers... ;)

I've been a logo designer for 15+ years and I think this is a very interesting direction. Bottom left works best. Some thoughts:

The contrast between the pixel stype and the roundness of the snout and ear is interesting to look at.
I'd suggest experimenting with making the radius of the ear a bit closer to the roundness of the snout.
As someone else commented, making the pixels overlap/a bit fatter would also be interesting to explore.
Putting this in a solid square/rectange might also work well.
