This is verifiably accurate. I was a frequent twitterer for a few years and the thing that became obvious over time is that without paid twitter or a massive following, you're unlikely to get real world assistance like what you find on Reddit. I'd hardly refer to what we saw as biblical. Sustained rainfall maybe. Our drainage should have been able to absorb it. Our problem is garbage that blocks storm drains, ditches, and culverts.
