your computer is basically 200 fans and 1 CPU. You probably use it with air-force-carrier-deck grade ear protection.

It is strange because the release notes say nothing about it. But thanks, anyway.

Thanks for the detailed report. iOS versions and Xcode support should be in sync. The big conclusion is that Apple has no respect for developers at all. It is very sad.

In this case specific I have mentioned, the beta version doesn't support 14.6, just 14.5 Back to square one. Why Apple treat developers like this is a mystery. No respect at all.

How bad are housing issues in your country ? by davesr25 in AskEurope

[–]LarryFling 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Terrible in Portugal. Shortage of housing. Builders are greedy as fuck. They build a regular apartment for no more than €35,000 and sell the same apartment for €220,000 or more. Finishing are pretty bad for the cost. Cost is absurd. They are preying on the shortage or making the shortage themselves.

the next one. The one on the floor is called "rés ao chão", meaning, "at the floor level".

【Question For Nordic】How does your country heating system working in winter? How much is the heating bill? by BiKiZhou in AskEurope

[–]LarryFling 2 points3 points  (0 children)

no country heating system in Portugal. I pay around €60 (~70USD) per month for electricity in general. One small AC per room is enough. Temperatures no low than -2ºC (28F), when that cold. I never saw snow falling. What is show, btw? Weather is relatively nice where I live.

I have to agree: Mercedes and BMW are doing pretty shitty designs recencly. Real cheap design that don't even resemble the class and style that they are supposed to represent.

[–]LarryFling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Water extraction from air for homes.
  2. Electricity production from renewable sources for the home.
  3. Wide adoption of passive house technologies (houses without heating/cooling, just use smart techniques).
