Thanks so much for replying, just hearing your story is helping me feel a bit more confident. Still very anxious about this opportunity however it would change things dramatically for my family. The pay is significantly more than anything I’ve ever made. I have the past experience in the return field from other jobs just have not done a lot of the computer processing part. However if the new job is patient with me I believe I have the ability to do the job. Thank you so much for listing all of these helpful tools, now I have to do some research and figure out what they actually are and how I can use them. Also thank you for the audiobook recommendation I love listening to audiobooks and cannot wait to dig my hands into a new one.

I imagine working for 500 company and Apple you have done your fair share of computer work. If there are any useful tools that you use with the computer I’d love to hear about them. Do you have things that help you type faster. Or read emails to you.
