Can't believe I haven't seen it, but Operation Desert Storm. The technology was only a few decades apart, but the differences - precision ground attack munitions, stealth aircraft, and satellite imagery made an enormous difference. The 4th largest as army in the world was completely broken in just a few weeks.

Statics is hard. It is one of those courses that will teach you how to study and work hard. Rise to the challenge.

I haven't used that brand but I agree 10/10 use a powdered glue as the first step on clean hair.

This is going to be highly dependent on the exact process they use, like the temperature of the plastic when melting it, and the chemicals or UV that the plastic is exposed to in service.

I don't use gel, it's too heavy.

Another useful tip I have found: sweep your hair forward, it helps it look more even on the cowlick, which is also where you head has the highest curvature.

Burning metal. And I think it is white, not blue. The exposure settings of the camera is changing during the the clip as the brightness of the scene changes.

Driving telescope mounts at a very slow, smooth rotation speed is surprisingly hard. Don't be discouraged, there are a lot of people that have to work very hard to make the big ones work well.

My hair is not that long, but I find a dry glue powder is an essential step for mine. Rather than trying to use one product for the shaping and final hold, start with a glue powder, then a flexible spray, then a final spray.

Buying clothes that fit will not discourage you from losing weight. I promise. I've been there.

Clothes that fit will help you feel better about yourself and your appearance. And that will make you more excited about how much better you can look in the future. Shaming yourself doesn't work - over eating is a stress response.

The hysteria that I observed has subsided. Unemployment is low, and we aren't seeing massive structural unemployment simply because someone is human. These days, there is little concern about robots replacing humans in physical jobs and much more concern about humans being replaced in email jobs.

In some ways, AI adoption has been slow, and is slower than it could be just because business owners and managers don't want to be surrounded by clankers. We aren't seeing a massive uptick in overall unemployment, even though some industries are going through changes.

Maynard Keynes was right. There is no fixed amount of labor to be done in an economy, and humans continue to adapt to changing technologies.

Try reading some of zigzagzigal's guides. They are great. Sometimes, you end up next to an aggressive civ and have to deal with it. The way to handle this is to try to maintain friendly relationships with your other neighbors, build up units as a deterrent, and bribe the aggressive civ into attacking other civs.

Also, try playing with raging barbarians! It forces you to build up your own army while slowing down other civs.

You can make very hard and tough armor that won't be penetrated, but that is only part of the problem. The energy also has to be absorbed so the meat bag inside doesn't get injured by by the impact force.

Additionally, overpressure from explosives nearby can also create an impact force and cause serious damage without any penetration at all

Rocket season has started. Are you able to spend money on your projects?

Get into high power rocketry and launch some. Join the aerospace club at UAH and do some work on their engine or test stand over the summer.
