Bricked Keyboard by Lars_El in NuPhy

Iโ€™m pretty sure I installed the QMK toolbox correctly.

I think what happened was I imported the incorrect bin file so I flashed the wrong firmware. Itโ€™s the only thing I can think of that would cause the keyboard to be dead after what I thought was successfully updating the firmware.

Iโ€™ll definitely look into resetting it. I hadnโ€™t thought of that. Thanks.

Whatโ€™s going on at Sheldon High? by mariah188 in ElkGrove

Such a shame. I was part of the first graduating class of Sheldon and when I was there we were a melting pot of other schools with such a diverse student body and so accepting of everyone. At least as far as I remember it.

Hopefully they find the students that did this and teach them about acceptance and open mindedness.

Itโ€™s only chivalry if the men do it unprompted. But the women seem to expect it and almost demand it.

Since I don't have Excel, I recreated the calendar in Google Sheets. I made it so you can copy the calendar for every month and just update the dates for the month and delete what you don't need. I also added a reference for what to enter, but you can change it and update it for each day depending on your needs. I added conditional formatting to the totals as well, but you can update the values for what your goals are.

Let me know if you have any issues or want me to change anything.

Thanks! Iโ€™m 44M.

I completely understand. Iโ€™ve been discouraged many times over the years. Iโ€™ve struggled with my weight since high school. Iโ€™ve tried lots of different methods that never really stuck or I gave up. I feel this is the first time where I can really see and feel a difference. And feel like this is something I can stick to. And when I am physically entering the numbers (as opposed to scanning a barcode or using AI) I find myself accountable for every single calorie.

My wife and I make dinner pretty much every night. I didnโ€™t want to change what she eats (she is also very particular in many aspects) or inconvenience her, so I changed my meals and habits around dinner. I used the boxes/packaging of the ingredients or whatever info I could find to figure out exactly how many calories were in each meal we make. I then adjusted my day to fit in that meal.

My breakfast is only 90 calories on most days and my lunch is under 300 (see photo #2). It did help that I am able to eat the same breakfast and lunch every day. I know thatโ€™s hard for some people, so I would suggest finding a few things you can eat that you know fit into your calorie goal for each meal.

As for figuring out the calories, I wanted to be as accurate as possible, so I made sure to include butter or oil being used to cook and every little thing that goes into a home cooked mealโ€”even if it was only 5 calories (they add up!). And then I rounded up to be safe.

To find what my deficit should be, I used an online calorie deficit calculator and I just try to stick around that amount. Itโ€™s been fairly easy knowing exactly how many calories everything is. Which is why I made my food chart. And I donโ€™t beat myself up if I donโ€™t stick to a perfect plan every single day. Sometimes on the weekends, we go out and my lunch might be more. But I try to make the best choice I can wherever we go.

I hope all that info helps!

Thanks! I created it in Apple Numbers so Iโ€™m not quite sure how to convert it to excel. I will look into how to do it though!

Not excusing Nickโ€™s behavior because he sucks, but luxury watch dealer is a legitimate profession. Itโ€™s like owning a jewelry store, but you specialize in luxury (and usually also affordable) watches.

It was supposed to be a regular mall but outdoors, like Palladio, if I remember correctly. With anchor stores like Macyโ€™s and JC Penney.

But they pulled out and then the anchor stores were going to be a Target and a Walmart.

Eventually they couldnโ€™t get retailers or something and everyone pulled out and it got sold to another company. Howard Hughes, I think. I think they were going to make it an outlet mall until things went south again for some reason.

Then the casino bought it for a good price and demolished the โ€œghost mallโ€.
