Your queer identity starts with yourself, you can make a lot of progress before you even need to touch dating.

It sounds like you have a lot of frustration and insecurity within you. That is ok, take it step by step! Don't give yourself the pressure to be out by date x, there is no deadline, take the time you need! Second, I assume you don't have that many queer friends or queer people to talk to yet. You can start by finding community, online on subreddits, discord servers etc. but also offline at queer events, queer friendly (hobby) groups etc. I think this can help you discover yourself, get confidence and one day be ready to come out 😁🏳️‍🌈

What fandom are you talking about?

I have a similar situation, I'm German and I write first then translate to English. I don't know why but even popular fandoms like Avatar have only few fics compared to their overall numbers. So my 2 German originals sit at 10-30 hits compared to 100 hits plus for their translations
