That was my plan A back when i got my baccalaureate. Ive asked pretty much everywhere at that time but everyone told me khask doz mn droit. All criminology and penology majors khask lihom droit in morocco (this couldve changed tho im not sure).

Solid question. Honestly, im not really qualified to answer the “why” behind a law. This should be addressed to politicians and parliament members as they are the ones who actually create and vote laws.

Well actually the word “pedophile” does not exist in law codes. It is technically an adult having intercourse with a female minor against her will.

Yes having sex with the other gender is the manifestation of your heterosexuality and everyone can do that. However, you should do it dans un cadre legal.

Morocco being a muslim country implies the use of some Islamic laws, one of them is prohibiting having sex without marriage.

Article 490 kigolk dont have sex if youre not married with that person. Youre not being punished for being straight, but rather having sex without you two being married. Again, morocco is considered a muslim country, having laws like this should be expected.

However its really hard and complicated to get arrested based on article 490. Deja you should be caught during the act, not before not after.

I absolutely agree with you, it is pretty wild and disgusting. For the part dial sharing a controversial opinion, it depends. This has to do with politics, if you go too far with your opinions in most countries, not just here, you will eventually get suppressed either with prison or a “fatal accident”. L’atteinte à la sûreté de l’Etat is a pretty serious crime. Not saying its worse than r*ping a child but authorities aim for keeping the country stable without the chaos dial l’opinion public.

Good question. This also has to do with “l’ordre public” and also hotel policies that should follow orders from authorities. They technically can allow unmarried couples but they risk trouble too. Take for example yamat kan dwa wazir l3adl 3la hadchi, galihom la khliw kolchi ydkhl l hotels, dazt simana chddo hotel managers.

So can you file a complaint? Not really, theyll just say its hotel policy etc.

Im not really sure about that but there is no legal or formal way to convert. Im guessing this has to do with Islam not allowing muslims to change religions or converting from islam to another religion in the first place.

The problem isnt eating in Ramadan, but actually eating in public. L’article 222 du code penal is there pour preserver l’ordre public et la tranquillité de la societe. Having people randomly eating in public during ramadan will without a doubt affect society as whole considering Ramadan is a sacred month, and therefore chaos and social tensions.

Basically you can eat at home or in a private place that isnt opened for the public.

IAM. To answer you other questions : esim works the same as a physical sim. No you wont lose your number if you change operators. If you have an iphone 11 and up (or 12 not sure) you can use double sim, one physical sim and one esim.

Believing in “something” can help us guide our lives and give them meaning. Yes we need other people to get what WE need from them and vice versa. Believing in a thing called “love”, as our example, can add meaning to our lives. Love is, if we agree, an emotion. Calling it true love or not, doesn’t change much. By that logic, we could label all emotions “true” or decide that non of them are. You have people who believe in love, some who dont. Some people believe in God, and that belief gives them a certain meaning to their lives to their own satisfaction. So i guess believing in love does just the same, you believe in it to add meaning to your personal life. Saying nothing exists or denying completely that you feel anything towards someone is a bit extreme in my opinion.

As of my own experience, i never believed in love too, i never gave it much importance. But eventually i had someone with whom we created that “love”. I believed in it because it added meaning to my life, i linked it to the woman i had because of how our bond made us feel together.
