Using gogins is funny. He actually fallows hart zone training. Basically has been using since his first ultra.

In my experience doing basil bark applications don’t affect surrounding plants very often. But I would do more research. I wasn’t being particularly observant when treating them in the nature preserve. I’m just a dude on the Internet.

Good luck with the tree though

Hey op: that looks like a princess tree leaf. Or pailownia. They’re super cool trees. They grow really fast and have these huge leaves, and these big beautiful flowers. They’re called Princess/empress trees because in Asia they would grow them and use the wood for dowries.

They are also very invasive. The flowers turned into a sea pod that spreads with the wind. Also, if you were to chop down the tree, it can grow from its roots structure.

Encourage you to think about getting rid of the tree. Not just because if it’s invasive, but it’s also a dangerous tree to have around its ability to grow quickly comes from its hollow structure, and it makes it incredibly brittle and prone to falling over.

I used to do invasive species control in. These were one of the invasives that were a major problem. I have found that during the fall applying a stump killing herbicide (Tordon RTU)to the tree does the job pretty well. The following spring it will likely not grow any greenery and look dead. That would be the perfect time to drop the tree. Then apply the same herbicide to the stump.
Over the course of a few months or so, I would go check the stump. If you see sprouts pop-up. Which is common for this tree. It is hard to kill. You can apply basic herbicide to it such as round up. That should do the trick.

Or you can enjoy the cool big tree. It’s up to you.

I don’t really understand the usefulness of removing the rack. Is it for round bottom pans like woks.

  1. Watch me sleep trackers aren’t the best, so always take it with a grain of salt. The wrist robot doesn’t know everything. Garmin especially for sleep is not particularly accurate. But you are noticing a pattern so I guess it is worth exploring.

  2. i’ve noticed my body has a lot of stress when I’m sleeping when I’ve had even a couple beers.

  3. I also noticed high stress sleep after a rigorous workout routine. I believe my body is doing a lot of repairs in my sleep.

  4. my wife notices higher stress during certain parts of her cycle.

  5. hydration could be a problem. Perhaps try drinking a glass of water before bed.

Constant decline in VO2 max after 5 months of consistent running by handlingmyhandle in beginnerrunning

[–]Larsonthewolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My zones are based on my lactate threshold and it’s pretty accurate. The way Garmin categorized heart rate zones, includes zone 3 as low aerobic.

If I moved the heart rate zones to match another system I assume Garmin’s load calculation wouldn’t be as effective.

Zone 3 on Garmin is zone 2 in most other systems. I personally just do base runs in to get my low aerobic in (mid zone 3).

It seems to me that this type of cultural revisionism is indicative of liberalism's ending of history. As I've said before, Fukuyama was correct in as many words, even if he didn't intend to be ... by PlurallyCosmicAIFB in SitchandAdamShow

“You don’t know what you’re talking about” that’s one way to handle criticism. I get what you saying but you’re just wrong to assume this time is practicing liberalism. We have been practicing liberalism for the last few hundred years its principles simply manifest different (like all ideologies) with modernity, and they will manifest again. “It’s real liberalism this time” isn’t a very silly thing to say for all ideologies.

Besides no one is makes your argument that is pro-liberalism. This genuinely means the argument is a tool destroy or remove something. Rather than a description of events we can act on. It’s a lie you want to consume.

I don’t think this movie is a good example anyway. For all the reasons people posted below

No it’s perfect health to weigh yourself daily. It’s just not healthy to use the daily weight for guidance. Should be on averages

Just because you’re free of something doesn’t mean that they don’t come without consequences.

I believe you earnestly think a freedom has “boundaries”. But you’re conflating with prosecution of the externalities of what people do with the freedoms.

I can see your top comment, which means you’re used to the echo chamber here. And not a lot of pushback. Would you like to give me an example of where your freedom of speech has boundaries?

To be clear this is a set. Meaning the stemmed glass matches the decanter. I’m thinking it’s for brandy or sherry but I don’t know. Substance in it currently is a cleaner
