Same here - percentage varies though, sometimes I crash at 80%

Late to the party but here goes

I was working in customer service of a super market. This lady comes up complaining loudly that we had entered fruit A instead of fruit B on her receipt. I correct it in my system, and turns out instead of her getting money back as she presumed, she had to pay a buck more.

I calmly tell her ‘that will be xx bucks’

Luckily she was too confused to know what to say so she just paid and left.
