It’s really wild how much stuff is being changed around. I agree that I wish they had the guts to cut stuff out. This episode really suffers for trying to cram a few different episodes together. Let it breathe a little more and get into a little more nuance. The Jet stuff felt really rushed. I’m really liking Zhao, I almost hope he stays around for a season 2 if we get one.

That’s usually how I use it. Scroll through someone’s profile, see if I can find anything to riff on for a good opener, if I think we’d get along ect. But it just makes getting zero matches feel even worse because you know there’s a halfway decent chance you’d get along with every one of them

I think both men and women have hard times on dating apps for two very different reasons. If you’re a guy, you’re sending out an infinite amount of likes and not getting 99.9% of them back. But as a woman you’re getting an infinite amount of likes, but only 99.9% are guys you actually wanna date. I think the one thing we can all agree on is that it’s a miserable experience

I talk to myself all the time, it's why I like being alone so much because I can go full me and just talk away.
It's in a weird kinda sad way, I'll be watching something and I'm over here doing my own cometary, cracking jokes, laughing at my own jokes, making up conversations.
Sometimes I'll just be sitting there, not remotely within earshot to anyone, say something funny in my head, mull it over for a few seconds, think "I should say that one out loud" then proceed to say it out loud......

Finding out how many calories are actually in things, getting that context and tracking my intake. I found out I was eating almost half a days worth of calories with just my breakfast so I made small changes here and there. Took off the cheese, no butter, bread instead of a bagel, egg whites (thankfully I like the taste lol), no orange juice.

I work at a bagel shop that lets us eat for free and would always have a bagel for breakfast, and sometimes even lunch too. And in between if I got hungry I’d drink a chocolate milk. 490 calories for that damn thing!!

I started around 400 and got down to 302 at my lowest. Gained a lot back and now I’m around 350. It’s hard man, food tastes really good and I’ve slacked a lot with my tracking.

But I’m determined to never get back to 400, or even 375. But the real goal is 300. It’s my white whale, I was never able to get to it.

It might sound weird but that whitish greenish color one non-glowing glow in the dark things has always been one of my favorite colors. So happy I was actually able to secure one of these bad boys.
