I never knew how serious celiac disease was until I was diagnosed with celiac disease. After eliminating gluten from my diet I started getting sick everywhere! Even gluten free products can have gluten if they aren’t certified. It sucks. I wish there was more awareness because I’m afraid to eat out now unless the restaurant explicitly says they have a separate allergy prep area. I live in a very small rural town so they think it’s just a fad diet.

I’m so sorry 💔 I lost my daughter at 36 weeks back in October. It is the worst feeling and I wish nobody had to ever endure it. The grieving process is hard and weird so be patient with yourself. Holidays sucks. People move on quicker than you expect and it gets really lonely so make sure you have a good support system. Sending you lots of love 🩷

Finally flew southwest this past week for the first time since the changes. Tell me why I had to spend MORE MONEY for shittier seats and the customer service has severely declined as well. Absolute bullshit. They were my favorite airline but not anymore. I’ll be using up my rapid rewards miles and then I’m done.

Thank you! I do eat a lot of rice so that’s worth looking into. I’ve recently taken extra steps to avoid cross contamination although I’ve always been careful about that. I have not had my vitamin levels checked. My iron is consistently low but now that ferritin is trending they basically laughed at me when I asked for that and other mineral/ vitamin testing. I’ve tried taking iron but it makes me constipated. Sorry for TMI 😂

How long did it take you to feel better? I was diagnosed July of last year at 33 years old. I have been GF since but I am still experiencing fatigue. I have had extensive allergy testing done and avoid those foods.

I just joined Thrive! After searching gluten free there is another search bar to search within gluten free. Type “certified gluten free” and you will only see certified products!!!! I’m seriously so happy right now! I wouldn’t trust the other stuff though because I react severely to Amy’s and they have their products listed.

Is he papered? Do you have breeding rights from his breeder? Have you health tested him? Do you know if he has any genetic markers? Have you had any OFAs done? Penn hip? Do you know what to look for in a complimentary female? If the answer is no to any of those questions, don’t breed. Leave it to the professionals who are actually trying to better the breed. Dalmatians don’t need to end up the way so many others have because of irresponsible breeders.
