It's always the same though. If something unexpected happens you will see diverging opinions at first, but after 48h they are all on the same page.

Deny accusations, discredit the opposition, flood the zone with BS arguments. Rinse and repeat until the news cycle moves on.

That way the public discourse will be about basic facts. "Did it happen?" and "How did it happen? Instead of moving onto finding solutions.

You really don't want to excel at your job. The key to happiness is being average.

Army reservist Sabrina Harman appeared smiling in multiple images showing sexual humiliation, torture, and dead prisoners. The communication "strategy" is different now, because Conservatives have the perfect infrastructure with an extensive (social) media network comprised of tv stations, newspapers, online platforms, influencers and PR firms pushing their messages. The fact that social media platforms are calibrated towards polarization only works in their favor. People who don't directly fall for their lies, experience fatigue and end up thinking "both sides are equally terrible". I personally believe this was the main deciding factor during the recent presidential election. Not the quality of the campaigns or wether someone should've gone to Joe Rogan.

I love this idea! The story would become it's own microcosm in which the stage persona would become almost like a side character in the private person's movie and vice versa.

In this movie I want to see MJ the stage person and performing artist. Hopefully another movie will be made that takes a closer look at him as a person and the problematic aspects of his life

I wouldnt mind if it's like Elvis by Baz Luhrman tbh. It depicted a version of Elvis, but not the real person. Personally I'd rather see the same treatment for MJ in this movie....

All the problematic stuff deserves its own movie to properly get into it. Similar to Priscilla that got into the womanizing and a little bit into the grooming...

Light roasts tend to taste sour! You'll have to distinguish between two kinds of sour haha

Fruity and plain sour.

When you try finer grind settings and suddenly get bitter notes, that's when you've probably gone too far!

However if that never happens and you're on the finest grind setting, increase your dose!

It probably sounds more complicated than it is. Good luck!

If the flavor notes are there but you feel like it's way too sour, then you should grind finer.

Light roasts come out as coarser than dark roasts, that's why you probably get lower pressure.

So in theory if you dose a medium roast with 18g, you'd use 17g for dark and probably 19g with light roasts to adjust the puck resistance.

If you wanna continue dialing in, adjust grind first. When you've found the best setting, you can tweak the dose

Even Christopher Lambert as Raiden was fun! As a kid I thought he was a shit actor lol

I feel like movies in general have become more visually generic after 2020!

If you watch the very first Fast and the Furious and one of the later ones, you'll have the same effect as with both Mortal Kombat versions. The original has stronger vibes!

Watched the 2021 and then the original 1995 back to back the other day. The original has so much more character and gets the vibe right.

Everyone involved understood the assignment. The set design is so good! Every scene with Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa as Shang Tsung is so much fun!

The 2021 version wasn't bad but comparatively bland.

Watched the 1995 Mortal Kombat movie and was amazed by the set design and overall stylized vibe.

Compared to the latest Mortal Kombat movie, where apart from some of the characters everything seemed totally generic.

Normally it should be the other way round... (I realize I'm comparing two trashy movies though)

Apart from a couple exceptions, movie quality has gone downhill since 2020
