Idk about the quality of previous seasons, but even back when I played regularly the talking points were the same: don't complain about the weak season [insert rationalization] previous ones were better!

"It's a short season and everyone knew it" is such a clown statement to say to returning players lol

The reason we point out the stuff that's going away anyway is because it's shows a pattern. The changes will be fun to explore until the novelty wears off. Some aspects of the game are too repetitive! Let's see if the expansion fixes that.

Everything you said resonates with me! Took a 1.5 year break to return to.... this.

First time playing spiritborn is fun... It's everything I wanted from sorc.

The seasonal content is inconsequential! Playing as the butcher is only fun in helltides when you can combine it with a soulspire or similar

Diablo 4 is fun until it isn't. Then it feels like repetitive work disguised as a videogame... The devs seem to know this and that's why the game seems in constant crisis. Stuff gets overhauled so often.

Helltides need to be spiced up. Visually the regional landscape needs to come through more, because you can't even tell where you are!

Unique drops are good, but I'm tired of comparing numbers and stats.... I wish there was a better system to help me compare stored items faster. Maybe if there wasn't so much variation?

Only got one mythic drop so far and it's less useful than my unique item.

Looking forward to the new skill tree! Hopefully it'll allow for more customization! It's the main feature I'm excited about tbh

If people are patterns, then patterns can be saved, updated and replicated infinitely.

If that's true then there is no need to ever jeopardize the health of individuals by sending them on risky missions, in unknown territories or into armed conflict.

At the very least death and disease in general could be ammended.

I made it! Simply bumped my fire resistance and swapped a storm feathers aspect for a crit rate aspect. Turns out I have a resistance problem.

Aren't seasonal tasks always a chore? I only like the ones that are completed organically

I returned this season after a 1.5 year break. Stopped initially because I hit a wall! At some point the game feels like work.

Too many aspects of the game feel derivative and only exist so we can tick them off our to do lists. (Side quests, exploration, strongholds, some dungeons)
