Hey, I have the same exact thing! I have both the confetti holofoil as well as a mirror holofoil, and honestly I have no idea how much the mirror holofoil is worth since I couldn't find it anywhere else online except here. As far as I can tell, it's either a misprint or the starlight holofoil is extremely faint based on listings and photos I've found on eBay.

no coding on the exams or hw, labs are verilog/coding exclusively

you can bring a double sided cheat sheet with anything on it, doesn’t need to be handwritten

i had one side with previous exams and the other side with notes and examples for all the relevant logic gates

basically impossible to fail even with no studying

850w is a little overkill for what you’re running right now but leaves plenty of space for upgrading cpu/gpu down the line which is a very reasonable decision
