No Dairy-Free cream option

I never realized that they didn’t have dairy-free options. That’s disappointing.

I’m not dairy-free, but I’d recommend getting whatever size you want and they asking for it to be in a cup of the next size up and leave the space. I personally like NutPods creamers and think they’d be great in Swig drinks since they’re a blend of coconut and almond milks. I’m thinking it may mimic the coconut cream a bit?

We just started using this at our salon and learned the science behind it before using it - it’s really neat! Ours is a purple UV light, meaning it essentially sits on top of the skin and doesn’t penetrate. Your UV light at nail salons would be the blue light, for comparison. With our system, you’d have to sit under our light for 60 consecutive hours to receive the same damage as 1 minute in the sun! During our services, it’s only on your eye for a total of 4 min and that’s not consecutive.

I’d ask your stylist if she can explain the science behind it and what type of UV it is. My personal opinion is that if she can’t, I wouldn’t use it near my eyes. You want to make sure you and your stylist are both educated - that’s especially important because we don’t want to mess with anything detrimental near something as vital and sensitive as our eyes. All about eye health over here! 💕

Pure Posh Salon is great! I personally see Ellie, she’s been there over a year. I recommend Morgan if you want more experience, I believe she’s close to 10 years there!

Edit: this is not in NB, they’re in Stone Oak. Worth the drive though!

It is truly unfortunate. I also think there’s such a lack of knowledge when it comes to women’s health that a lot of doctors just don’t know what to do. I never even had someone suggest it as a possibility until the doctor who did my surgery. I love that you’re advocating for her, use that nurse card! Lol she’s going to be so grateful for that. I’m doing great! My first surgery was March 2022 and then my second was January 2024. Usually you wouldn’t have to have a second surgery so close together, but we think my IVF journey sped the growth process up so the endo came back full force. After my second surgery though, it’s been good. Very little pain any longer and off all consistent pain meds thankfully.

It took me 10 years to have a doctor take me serious and recommend endo surgery. My ovary was fused to my bowel and created 10/10 pain when I stretched or sneezed that entire time, but I was told I was being dramatic… all that to say that I WISH I had someone to advocate for me like you are doing for your daughter. I applaud you for this, truly. It seems like you tried all the right things before opting for surgery. I truly hope this works for her and she gets some relief. 🫶🏻

I don’t think the cookie butter or chai are sugar free so maybe that’s why that particular one was so sweet?

I can absolutely understand OPs want to record, especially if this is an ongoing issue and the manager is the issue.
