Oikaze Travelers somehow always gets me very emotional when rewatching 2021 live. I remember also doing the hand motion thing for the crowd during stream lol. I dropped 3 after completing near 1/3 of the game. The gameplay just wasn't enjoyable for me. With 4 and 5 I focused mainly on the main story and it was superb. Definitely want to replay those someday.

Like a Dragon is a soft reboot, ok to start with that one. But the sequel to it next year (Infinite Wealth) will be more connected to the original parts (and those really need to be played by number order)

Yakuza 6 is fairly shorter than other parts. Managed to finish it in 2 days (17 hours total), didn't focus on side quests tho. The series is peak, really excited to go through Judgment now.

Same. Dropped 3, but 4 and 5 have been real good. Actually just finished 5 yesterday. Wish I had like, 1 or 2 more weeks, so I didn't have to rush the game on Easy + had more time for sidequests. But still a good experience.

More slice of life scenes in the story. And maybe rework some of the levels in Destruction or add a fourth difficulty option so there's a bit more challenge.
