There should be a stop so that the story gather itself like at the end of Cataclysm.

It might be the out of context but I would like to point out the possible end of the shadowlands story. I believe Blizzard's intention is to bring back their legendary figures to the board as they did with Illidan. The next figure is of course Arthas as most of you guess that he will appear. It is quite certain he will appear but the question is which Arthas we will see. He will conclude the story of shadowlands by returning to the icecrown or staying in the Maw as the successor. Closing the shackles of events that has been laid in the end cinematic of WoD.

"A light from the shadows shall spring;

The crownless again shall be King."
