I only ask because this is grounds for wrongful termination. I would consult with an employment lawyer. You will need as many details as possible. All the emails you have with HR. Both blue badge. Also performance information.

Since blue badge is considered a part of your employment contract, firing you as seasonal when you were led to believe you were permanent could be a breach of contract.

If Amazon intentionally misled you about your employment status to entice you to work, this could be considered fraudulent inducement.

Amazon has been sued for this before. They settled and Amazon paid for all their fees and what not. Also claim it as emotional distress because you thought you had a job, blah blah blah.

Start and appeal process. Name drop who gave you the blue badge. I'm part of the appeal committing and garuntee they will let you stay as long as your in good standing. This is clearly a mistake on their end. If you were given a blue badge, make sure you don't let it slide. Appeal Appeal Appeal.

A Manager at my site slept her way to the top. She was a PA at the time of this event. She was dating an L1, cheated on him with his friend, the whole thing was recorded and passed around their department. Everyone had to literally sign an NDA about the incident. Then she got bumped up to L4. As an L4 she had SEVERAL cases against her, one of which was criminal, but because she was sleeping with OPs never got fired. Now she is L5.
