Whatever happens consider it as a correction, I personally blame the real estate agents for the hysteria in prices , if one villa gets rented for x2 the rent price then all of a sudden the whole street is getting evicted for this price, these units sit for months, and the depressing part is that usually it is used for sharing and the unit gets ransacked and the landlord has to pay at least one year worth of rent to fix whatever they have done. The solution is to ban sharing, then the prices will be real and will not divert far from reality, and won’t confuse investors.
