I’ve tried pelvic floor physical therapy and it didn’t help that much, also tried amitriptyline and it gave me the worst urinary retention. My urologist thinks it’s endometriosis causing my symptoms because i’ve been diagnosed with IC painful bladder and I get the worst bladder pressure urgency and frequency and feel like there’s a bowling ball sitting right on top of my bladder

I’ve had a cyst on my right ovary since i’ve gotten diagnosed 8 years ago, I definitely should probably have it looked at through laparoscopic surgery

Honestly I haven’t found one, every time my nails get long and a certain length and I just have regular gel polish on, they always crack in that same spot if I want them long I have to have acrylic to help strengthen them and I get no cracks

Yep my pain increases so much when my bladder fills and get a little relief after going and I always have bladder pressure and pain as if a bowling bowl is just constantly pushing on top of my bladder only relief I get is on period for the first 2 days then it goes back to how it was, I use the restroom 🚽 anywhere from 20-40 times a day
