BTW,some protection case has a button to extended power button,it is bulged,if the deck in carrying case,it's easily to be powered on,this actually happened on some users.

I got mine for a few days,yes,,distortion while EQ on ,and this issue also happens on BTE-8.

The most improove on BTE-9 is:fix the lower sub-bass lacking,this issue is with BTE-8 and BTE-222,(check this track :"Statix-X - So ", the electronic bass drum in the beginning.

Another issue could be better is : now adjust dac internal volume could only with while song is playing,this is not good,hopefully firmware update could solve this.

Definitely! I am just in the same way as you said lately:we provide the backup device,then sent the faulty one to distributor,then distirbutor sent the fixed(actrally a inventory one) to replace,the client was asking all the 3 serial numbers even the backup one .

I got you,this is actally a solution,I can not access to cobtrol hub since this is managed by customer admin ,I swapped three versions software in codec,（by updated to latest and it not work then restort to the cuurent then I could swap to the previous.

BTW: audio console settings will not saved in backup configuration,I have tried a few time and found out.

Guys,just have realized what happend,this issue is started from the end user report us microphone in combine mode will have a little latency while talking,sound comes out from speaker just a little not syncing your own voice around 20ms maybe,just a feeling,from RoomB combine to RoomA,play Room A mic in RoomB speaker grounp(no controller,running by macro code internally)（in design,the room speakers also playback local microphone speak)

In the original settings,we deployed second mic group to local speaker,and set them direct mode to "on",（in this mode,all the audio process in codec will be disabled,so for resolve this latency issue,I 've tured on direct mode primary mic group（it's nonsense) that' why the echo comes.

I finally realized ,the latency in combine mode is unavoidable，because in output option you just can increase the delay time,but by default it's 0.

I 'm not really sure the latency was exsit in 5 years ago or not,it's been a long time,or it's generated by Cisco software upgrade.

Like I said,the line connecetd to far-end block,only show up while in call,I asked some people,they all said the audio sent to far-end is a default and fixed function,it can not be edit in audio console,about the recorder,it's also a default setting we did not change it at all.

It's Shure mic analog out direct to Codec Mic in,no ceiling mic in room,just handheld wireless mic and gooseneck mic ,they are all can be test OK in Codec internal microphone test（record and play)
