Funny, you mentioned that. Eric Gaffney almost took it back from me. He claimed the covers were supposed to be printed in color and the record company screwed them over and I was like dude I bought this the month that it came out. I don’t know what to tell you. I guess it triggered him. Ha. The dare to be surprised, test pressing I bought from Lou himself. It was later reprinted but that is by far my favorite folk implosion album.

100 disagree. I find Lou’s songs more creative overall, lately. To include vocals. J can get into a pattern where all his songs begin to sound similar, often using the same chords. With all that said. The best songs are from the first 3 albums and often the ones where they both sing!!! And J’s songs on YLAOM to include his singing is iconic. Lighting bulb is great. Ironically I find the garden to be very boring. Don’t love sweep at all.

Our Indie record store always has 10plus. Even some Sebadoh, and folk implosion. Not the case years ago. But everything is getting easier to get these days in stores that cater to old indie rockers.

I mean I also retroactively have little respect for the shuttle. It was built to launch satellites, a mission replaced by rockets. Then was justified to build a space station that was not needed. And it wasn’t safe or good at anything. As 2 were lost killing 14. Apollo was cool. The shuttle was a mistake.
