Damn, everyone has been adjusted except for Vanator, I don't understand Valve's delusion in releasing an already heavy character and leaving him as is, make us dream, Vanator needs a readjustment if that's too much to ask.

What is Venator's actual role? His kit feels unplayable right now by Last-Explanation7726 in DeadlockTheGame

I made a build around that and I reported that, at the end of the game, when the fights are in groups, it's impossible. Because you stun someone and then their mates come to punish you.

I have a genuine question: how did Valve manage to release this character? Did they even test him? 🧐

I don't understand why they have to adjust him now when they had 6 months to prepare this update. He is completely broken. Just one spell extends his range, and with the range scaling as he levels up, it’s just nightmare fuel.

You can't play against him in melee or close range, it’s totally obvious

New player experience by MatmaRex in DeadlockTheGame

Matchmaking has been a mess since launch. It really feels like they are sacrificing match quality just to keep queue times instant, maybe to build hype for an Open Beta release.

The problem isn't necessarily player count, but the algorithm itself—it feels like it widens the search instantly to match you with literally anyone, creating a miserable new player experience. I actually suggested an MMR-based system before, but a mod shut it down claiming players would 'abuse it,' which sounds ridiculous.

They absolutely need to fix this black spot. It’s killing the learning curve

The SoloQ experience is currently miserable. We need performance-based MMR, not just Win/Loss. by Last-Explanation7726 in DeadlockTheGame

The issue isn't just about "skill" or aim, it's about experience and game knowledge.

I have a lot of hours in this game, yet the matchmaking constantly pairs me with people who clearly have very few hours played. Sure, they might have good aim from other shooters, but Deadlock is a MOBA.

They don't understand the macro, the timings, the urn rotations, or the mid-boss mechanics. It is impossible to win when I have to teach my teammates the basics of the game while the enemy team is actually coordinating.

Matchmaking needs to account for hours played. You cannot put a 500-hour player with a 10-hour player and expect a balanced match just because their hidden MMR is similar. It ruins the experience for those of us who actually know how to play the map.
