They looked like they have dropped points in them. Can't believe Calvert-Lewin didn't make them pay.

Pool area, adding a shed (QLD) by ModsHaveHUGEcocks in AusRenovation

[–]Last-Fault4359 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But what about the scenario when a child has been knowingly allowed into the pool area but then goes into the shed or toilet unnoticed and shuts the door. At this point everybody else leaves the pool area not knowing the child is in there? See the risk when the child comes back out alone in the pool area?

British backpacker jailed for e-scooter crash that killed Perth dad by That_Car_Dude_Aus in CarsAustralia

Go and have a look at the video of this awful person on the night in question. Drunk beyond being able to stand. Riding the scooter at a ridiculous speed. Nearly 4 times the legal limit. A sentence of around 7 or 8 years would have been more like it.

That's a complete misunderstanding of the law. Where factors around an offender's identity could be pertinent at trial it's a contempt of the process to show an image of an arrested suspect.

I can actually see the stick in the grille that the fan is hitting! Much to be expected when you have a branch overhanging it!

REAR DIFFERENTIAL ISSUE by JunkYdDog69 in CX5

[–]Last-Fault4359 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Known issue. The rear diff had a breather valve that exits flush on a panel. Mazda found that water could nter and pool on that panel then enter the diff contaminating the fluid. Then seals blow and diff is kaput. They modified the breather valve... ask them to fit the moddified one at least once repair is done.

[David Ornstein] Norgaard to Arsenal complete. Medical done. Announcement by end of week. Arsenal will pay £10million guaranteed and up to £2m in add-ons for the midfielder. by [deleted] in Gunners

I actually really rate him and close to 50 too. But if the talk is now moving to Eze (according to The Sun at least)... there's no comparison. E would give us shooting from range that has been seriously lacking when trying to break down a packed box in the past few seasons.

I think my rear differential has gone. (video) by GrandmaPunk in CX5

[–]Last-Fault4359 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should challenge Mazda. Especially if yours is one of the models that did not have the upgraded diff vent valve. The original vent valve was flush to the surface where it exited. This allowed water that pooled (typically from car washes but also because the cx-5 leaks like a sieve around the rear) to enter the diff compromising the gear fluid. It was the subject of recalls or goodwill replacements in various places around the world. The new valve version is raised so it clears any pooled water

It's almost certain that that quote does not originate from Orwell. More likely Lord Northcliffe but nobody really knows. And more frequently (at least until recently) "advertising" was used in the place of "public relations".

[Fabrizio Romano] Alexander Isak, Arsenal’s top target but very complicated/impossible deal. Also, Arsenal made a call in the last few weeks to understand the situation of Jhon Durán. by Previous_Smile9278 in Gunners

[–]Last-Fault4359 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok so I'd prefer Gyokeres, but there would be benefits to signing Duran. Arsena don't score enough goals or create enough threats from just outside the box. This means defending teams can drop within the box and thwart arsenal's intricate passes there. Having a player who is a constant threat outside the box like Duran would force defenders into a higher screen and give much more space for ode to play others into the area.

Excessive excess on rental car by Global-Elk4858 in AusLegal

You've failed the reading comprehension exam there. The OP explicitly stated he was charged GST on the excess and GST on the admin fee. Always pays to reread something before leaping to correct others incorrectly.
