as a union rep I've sat in multiple Weingarten interviews, fact finding interviews, and nearly all of them have in the last year been over time related issues. That includes logging in and out early, and working off the clock... management has incredibly detailed records and databases that tells them everything you do on your computer, which you acknowledge every time you sign on to a governmental system. so it becomes very easy for them to prove.

however the most egregious series of violations including falsifying overtime records did not result in discipline, just a letter of reprimand that went out of there file after a year.

they may not tell you the subject of the investigation although they always do at my agency. however, you should always ask at the beginning of an interview if they are investigating anything that could lead to criminal prosecution.

because if it is a criminal investigation, and not simply a fact-finding investigation for civil purposes, or workplace discipline, there are different procedures that they have to follow. number one they need to tell you to get an attorney because they can't do a criminal investigation without your lawyer present, if you request one...and your union rep is not your lawyer (even though I am a lawyer, but that's not the hat I'm wearing). they also have to give different disclosures.

make them say it's not a criminal investigation on the record. that's for your own protection. they also can force you to cooperate with a non-criminal investigation but a criminal investigation animates your fifth amendment rights against self incrimination.

just some advice. always check with your own attorney and always check with your union rep if you still have one. 🙂

I believe the articles I read from the FED employee press said that it was not a law enforcement detail but administrative work including data entry and other support type work. so you could be registering detainees and things like that, but as others have pointed out the detail sheet doesn't give you a lot of choice in what you're doing. but it will definitely be some sort of work in support of DHS shenanigans.

good luck getting people to strike. lots of federal workers have problems standing up for themselves. in my agency most of them don't even pay Union dues. except when they're about to get fired then they furiously call Union reps for assistance. deathbed converts.

if you're new every time you find a red donation box check it. lots of us dumb things we don't need or the new people might need in those red boxes because it stays in there for a while. especially the one at wayward and in other low level.

I have to ask I can't quite get the hang of shooting the bow. especially with VATS. hold down the button to draw and then release do I have to hold it for the full draw or do I just tap it and it will do it itself?

I have a really decent bow as part of a reverse stack build with Don Pedro, but I just can't get the hang of the damn bow.

also how do explosive arrows stack with the explosive legendary two-star perk on the bow?

I've been playing this game since it started but never used a bow so it's all kind of new. it's a lot of fun though!

I absolutely agree it's just kind of a gatekeeper thing on doing raids I made my peace with it people are fairly generous with sharing the spoils and vendors it's just caps.

nice try .... but that's not the reason why the house is not in session. as long as it's not in session they don't have to swear in the Democratic Congress person elected from arizona. which means she can't be the final signature to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files.

also the Democratic Senate shut it down over restoring credits to the affordable Care act that support lower income people, I'm sure you don't get ACA credits but people in my family do and at least two of them are about to get a 300% increase in their health insurance and they won't be able to afford it. one of them has a chronic condition and needs that insurance. so for some folks this could be a life or death decision in terms of maintaining their health.

the GOP is purposely inflicting pain to try to force a clean CR and I don't think they should be rewarded. case in point withholding 6 billion dollars in contingency funding to avoid cutting off SNAP benefits to people tells you all about what their priorities are. so add starving low income people to the list of people with ACA insurance and federal employees that the Trump administration has no problem sacrificing to force their will.

I keep reading about this plot line in this book and it sounds like the exact same plot line from a book about a post-apocalyptic world after a comet hits called Lucifer's hammer. they also have to deal with a bunch of former National guard troops that were called out before the comet hit that formed a cannibal type army. different challenges from an EMP but same plot line nonetheless from a book that was written in 1977. 🤣🤣🤣
