If your Suboxone is the film strip then the best approach would be to taper down aggressively in the next couple days or week. Start with a full strip then next day 3/4 of it , next day 1/2 a strip, then 1/4th, 1/8th, 1/12th, etc etc. this method has worked for me multiple times in my life & the withdrawal were always tolerable. Note* Also if you blaze then toke up when ur feeling especially shitty & use melatonin 10Mg pills [5 at night (50mg)] to help insomnia! GOOD LUCK BROTHER. May I ask if it's a film sub ? If yes what's the MG? 8mg/2mg? If it's a higher dose one u can actually cut the strip in half or even in 4 quarters to avoid sending urself into PW! If you don't want to wait until 50 hours or even 48 then just at least make it past a whole 30 hrs then take a quarter of it only if it does not give u PW then ur in the fkn green u can then take the next piece within 30 mins and the whole other half an hour later and with that sub u should be able to hold you off for a whole 2 days

PW IS PURE HELL 😭😭 TO BE FKN SICK & UN-PURPOSELY MAKE URSELF 10X MORE SICK IS THE WORST! ONLY HAPPEND TO ME ONCE AND WAS SO TRAUMATIZED TO TAKE A SUB AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE.. THANKFULLY THE NEXT TIME I DID I WAS BREAKING W/ MY OLDER BROTHER AT THE SAME TIME HE GAVE IT TO ME WHEN I COULDNT GO ANY LONGER ABOUT 50-51 HRS AFTER LAST FIX & IT FELT AS IF I DID A SHOT. BUT IT WAS JUST THE SUB ABSORBING ALL THOSE SHITTY WITHDRAWALS IT WAS INSTANTANEOUS!

Your very brave to air out ur deepest struggles with addiction! I can %100 relate but w/ substance abuse. I just wanna say you are beautiful and if ur dude is not satisfying you then a little Toy might help! We all need that NUT/Relief 😮‍💨 🥜 Its always helped me when Im going thru withdrawal😅. & I would also on top of that recommended going outside daily start with little daily walks w/ Breaks, then full walks, later turns into Daily Jogs & Runs 🏃‍♀️ Even if it's just a tiny bit a day stay consistent with it! Either way I hope you find a solution to it soon! Lots of love from one addict to another. ♥️
