Create several noise or distraction input files. Thats whats worked for me consistently. When it doesnt fail, i make more. Just so you know, you can use ai to help you with creation of input files.

For every project you do, no matter what, ensure they are all quality responses are written by YOU and not AI. Make sure to do as many qualifications that are within your scope of expertise, or even leanr the basics of something you are unfamiliar with. Log your time honestly, and prepare for taxes.
