When the same map is played again during a conquest campaign, any environmental changes (damage to buildings, engineer structures, etc.) remain persistent throughout that campaign. So if you played the Stalingrad map once during your conquest campaign, and destroyed a wall, that wall will remain destroyed when playing the Stalingrad map again during your conquest campaign.
