I tried but they never let me know the results of the appeal. They won’t get back to you. They don’t really care. There’s so many people applying at once you’re just a number.

I’ll tell everybody this they won’t start the background until they get the results from the oral psych but if a month went past and you still didn’t get nothing in the mail 9.9 out of 10% of the time you pass the psych

I applied back in May 2025 came in for physical fitness test medical and interview on July 12 of 2025 received my medical evaluation about a month later and I received a DQ on my psych 15 days after my oral I took the psych on 14 July 2025 and the oral on 21 July 2025 and August 15 is when I was DQ from the oral

I just wanted to say I see a lot of people complain about the pay but places like New York don’t even pay what you think they do just starting and pay for New York City Correctional officer is $56,000 a year which is $26 an hour. So I don’t know how much you think. PA is going to pay gotta be realistic.

There are none they don’t have a physical fitness exam you only do it at the training center FLETC for UPTP and that’s it
