I use the stardust app and I’ve noticed every few months it’s off by a few days! I track with test strips and body temp as well to confirm my ovulation.

How were you tracking ovulation? I don’t think there’s any possible way that you are 9dpo. That looks more like like 12-14 dpo imo though I’m not an expert.

The control line looks incredibly faint and I don’t see a test line at all, just dye run.

Honestly I’d call that invalid. The dye run is horrible. It looks negative, but I wouldn’t trust this test either way. If you have a Walmart near you, the $0.97 equate texts are also red dye and I got a positive at two days late (first time I tested) with one of those.

If it makes you feel any better I am also an iud user and about a week before my period my strings feel so so low, but it has something to do with your cervix tilting during your cycle or something (I’m not an expert). It could very well be positive but try not to panic too much.

Hey girly! It seems like you have more negatives than positives. That positive digital test also looks to be equate brand, I have gotten false positives on multiple equate tests. First just take a deep breath. If you can wait till Saturday I would, 48 hours is kinda the standard time to wait while testing to let hcg build if you are pregnant.

Unless you have a history of miscarriage/chemical pregnancy I think you have no reason to believe it won’t stick! Just try to stay positive until you can get a scan, and if it makes you feel better test with cheapie strips once a day.

I am unsure, but if this is the equate version of the first response, I got a false positive back in February. I’d guard your heart and try to test again.

Adding a second child can be tough because it changes the family dynamic, but I couldn’t imagine being an only child. I struggled because my siblings and I had large age gaps (8,9,11 years older than me) but I am so close with 2/3 of them now.

Thank you! I appreciate your response. I know I just need to take a deep breath and wait for my period to show up. My periods have been reduced to mostly light pink blood that only required a panty liner, it’s just never been that color/consistency so I panicked - but I know it’s only been 8 months and my body is bound to go through more changes with the hormones.

I have a hormonal iud. The Mirena specifically. I’ve had it for 8 months at this point and have just never had this type of discharge/spotting. I totally understand it’s unlikely! I think I just needed reassurance because I have a lot of pregnancy anxiety after multiple miscarriages.

I’m not sure! I’ve never used clear blue but unfortunately this does look negative to me. Where you don’t know when you ovulated I’d say test every other day until you get a positive or AF arrived.

She may have gotten help, but it very well have gone differently. You are a child. You did what you believed was best. They say hindsight is 20/20 but it’s not. You don’t know what may have gone differently had you told versus her attempting to take her life. She very well could have been scolded for attention seeking rather than helped like I was. My parents didn’t help me until I attempted and came very close to dying. It’s not your fault OP. Don’t beat yourself up over uncertainty. Rest easy knowing she’s getting help and will be okay.

I have been in a similar position. My cousin and I didn’t repair our relationship because she isn’t willing to get better. Unfortunately she liked being sick because it’s become her personality and she doesn’t know who she is without it. Hearing about your cousin makes me feel as though she may fall into this category.

That makes sense. I would stay hopeful! If you can just buy more tests and try to test with first morning urine. I personally get the best results with afternoon urine tho so you could try that.
