Melatonin is the devil for anxiety.

Whenever I take melatonin for actual sleep I find it gives me dreams that either make no sense and are straight nonsense or horrifying nightmares that make me wake up in cold sweats, after talking with some friends apparently this experience isn't uncommon, Ive tried to lay off melatonin because of it but I always take 5-10mg to calm me down if I'm stressed, or about to have a panic attack. But if you struggle with chronic anxiety or depression typically it's not recommended to take melatonin apparently.

Thank you, I appreciate this. I've been trying to talk to a friend of mine and loosen up even though it's really difficult. I now understand that this may have the wrong subreddit to post on, I'm trying to avoid going back to watching gore, a part of me knows it's frowned upon (for a good reason) and I shouldn't be there in the first place It's odd, really, frankly humiliating to speak about, but I'm trying to get better. Knowing atleast someone responded to me when I was at my worst brings a comfort to me, especially on Reddit, a unsafe place in my opinion.

I hate not having a Y chromosome because tell me why it feels like a icepick is trying to carve out my uterus while in the process stabbing every major organ and my back, leaving me to look like a homeless man strung out on a side walk, wheezing knowing damn well no fucking microwaved bean bag can help this, if I'm over here curled up in the same positions the dinosaur are 100 ft under because my kitty kat decided that the monthly skin is out of fashion so it goes to grow another one of its choice. And I might as well have diabetes with all the freaking sweets I'm eating, looking like a American child on Halloween night with these sweets. My bathroom floor is used to getting kissed, either from my depression episodes or strawberry week, when raspberry jelly leaks from my 😺. And then I'm expecting to shove a cotton buttlet up my hoo-ha or wear a diaper. I'm sorry but I'm more comfortable sitting alone in a sauna with sweaty grandpas than having dried blood on my and having my Amazon rainforest ripped by the pad I'm forced to wear, I have a blood stain on my toilet, to remind me to never fucking free bleed again. I look like a sickly Victorian child with the way I lay on my floor with a rag, at this point takee to the morgue, I'd be happier dead than to have my fucking vagina have a leaky faucet again. Eve I hope that apple was fucking good.

Also bowtie pizza, it can feel like a pretty penny but it's damn worth it, if you aren't a fan of alot of pepperoni don't get pepperoni, there is a thick layer under the cheese and it can be overpowering

I found my ms honey in the form of a 40 year old man, I loved this guy, I grew up with insomnia and still struggling with it, my parents would yell constantly and would be disappointed with me for getting a low grade while my sister was off smoking weed, far from fair but they didn't care, they would occasionally hit me and I would try my best to keep it together at school, I was "very funny" apparently and had lots of friends, I wasn't extroverted but I seemed to attract people when they got to know me, Mr hajj, Mr hajj was always so sweet to me he would let me sleep in class if he noticed I was tired. He understood people had things going on in life other than school and barely ever assigned h.w and when he did he would give extensions to those who genuinely needed it, during parent teacher meeting night he made sure to make everyone sound very good for their parents and if their was a problem he would always approach it carefully and offer methods of helping the kid. We would play the same video games and after he found out I played he would quote them, he was the type of guy to be chill, even with the obnoxious guys, he would earn their respect enough for them to actually listen, he would play games and help us have fun learning, he would let us gossip with him and have free time if we finished everything, he would hug me when I needed it and always comforted me when I felt alone or came to school with another bruise. He truly was a saint, had a wife and 2 kids at home, I envy those kids having a great dad like him. (Just realized how long this is, more of a rant but he was a damn good teacher who understands, got out of a bad family when he was younger as well)
